WONDERING IF THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA OR NOT...

I've been hearing fairly often lately that because readers of romance books have such varied tastes in the features they believe are swoon-worthy in the main characters, they prefer book covers that don't show any faces. That way, they say, they can use their own imaginations while reading and not be forced to keep visualizing the faces on the cover...especially if those faces are not their proverbial cup of tea.

This information has made me do a lot of thinking lately about the cover of  "Too Far To Whisper," which shows the faces of two of the MMCs. Would the cover, I wondered, work better if I switched over to something vague and simple like scenery or flowers so the readers can imagine their own heroes? And maybe the cover should just be changed after so many years anyway, to give it a fresh, new look?

Anyway, here's what I've come up with... What do you think?

(Note: the white border is not part of the cover - it just automatically pops up around all of the photos I post!).

Thanks for all of your support!
